The Pin # DL205246 is what must be removed to swap the Hex Shaft # DL406102 onto your Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL10976. I recommend using a press tool to remove the pin rather than tapping out with a hammer. A press tool like a motorcycle chain removal tool would work best for this situation and you will need to remove the pully to gain access to the shaft to be able to press the pin fully out.

On the back of each brake backing plate, you'll find an oblong hole near the bottom, which might be covered with a mud and crud plug. Once you pry the plug out, you can use a brake adjusting tool like # W80630 to adjust the brakes. A flat blade screwdriver can be used, but an adjusting tool is easier to use. Use a brake adjustment tool to turn the starwheel on the adjuster to expand the brake shoes until the wheel is very difficult to turn by hand. Then back off the starwheel in the other direction, about 10 clicks until the brakes drag slightly. Make sure all brake assemblies are adjusted in the same manner.

My contact at TorkLift advised that the two-piece adjustable steel security strap on their Lock and Load Maximum Security Cargo Tray # TLA7752 cannot be removed once the straps are adjusted properly to suit the load size and secured with the include lock. The Dexter EOH actuator # K71-651 can absolutely be used with a pressure bleeder. The actuator has a standard brake bleeder nipple on the revivor which you can attach the hose of a power bleeder to for faster bleeding. We do not carry the YSTOOL brand, so I cannot say for sure if their kit will be compatible. There is no way to lock the Lippert RV Spare Tire Carrier with Winch # LC159041 as it ships from the factory. You would need to weld on a tab which would allow you to use a Pin # 37201211 by drilling a hole through the tab and shaft for the winch. We do have a Replacement Winch # LC159056 you can use to replace your current winch since the internal brake is not holding the tire in place. I spoke with a couple of other Experts and we may have a couple options you can consider. One way to go is to use Loctite Threadlocker 262, part # LT37420 on the coupler bolt threads.
